STEVEN ENGELHARDT, Partner and Managing Director of

practice to the table. With his extensive experience as a Texas lawyer,
Engelhardt personally manages the cases the firm undertakes. He is
licensed to practice before the Texas State Courts, the Federal District
Courts for the Southern District of Texas and the Fifth U.S. Circuit
Court of Appeals.
